Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy
- All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if an error was made by CamUnlocks in processing or fulfilling the order.
- Refunds are not available once access to digital products has been granted, activated, downloaded, or used in any capacity.
- CamUnlocks reserves the right to discontinue subscriptions or services at any time without issuing refunds or guarantees regarding future access.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting CamUnlocks support (cam@camunlocks.com) may result in immediate account termination and loss of access to services. Fraudulent disputes may be reported to payment processors.
2. Hardware Products
- All hardware sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
- Refunds for hardware products will only be issued if an error was made by CamUnlocks in fulfilling the order.
- Shipping addresses may be updated prior to label printing. Once a shipping label has been generated, address changes will not be accommodated.
3. Account and Service Violations
- Accounts found engaging in activities such as sharing, reselling subscriptions, abusing payment systems, or manipulating software behavior will be permanently banned without refund.
- Any attempt to bypass, tamper with, or manipulate security features, including hardware locking mechanisms, will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Service Termination
- Subscriptions may be terminated by CamUnlocks at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.
- Subscriptions described as “Lifetime” or “Forever” grant access only for as long as the specific service remains available. Once discontinued, no refunds or compensation will be issued.
- In rare cases, the use of software may require a system or operating system reinstallation. Support will be provided to assist with this process; however, no refunds will be issued.
Need help? If you believe an error was made by CamUnlocks, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at cam@camunlocks.com. Refund requests that do not meet the conditions above will not be processed.
