You took a full kit down to Tau Ceti IV, worked a compound with AI in it, and got dropped at the exfil by a squad camped there since before you started moving. The gear is gone and the thing that beat you was information, not aim. That gap is what most people are trying to close when they start reading about Marathon cheats.
This page covers what each feature family does inside Marathon specifically, how a DMA build differs from running everything on the machine you play on, what CamUnlocks sells here and at what price, and what honestly lowers account risk.
Read the internal section first and start on the shortest duration. If you already own a DMA card, skip to the product table.
What Marathon cheats actually do
Feature lists blur into the same four or five words. Here is what each family means once you are in a run, and why it carries more weight in a game where dying costs you the kit you brought.
Aim assistance
Marathon puts a shield layer on top of health, and that changes what bone selection is worth. The products here expose head, neck, chest, right shoulder, left shoulder and closest bone. Head priority ends a fight before the shield matters. Chest is more forgiving at range, where movement and travel time turn a head shot into a coin flip and a miss gives you away.
Separate X and Y speed control decides how the movement reads to other people. Vertical correction that snaps while horizontal lags behind looks wrong to anybody watching a clip, and Runners do clip their deaths. Keeping both values low and matched is the conservative setup.
Dual targeting matters more here than in most titles, because the maps are full of AI. You do not want your aim yanked onto a hostile in a doorway while a Runner pushes the corridor behind you. Both products configure players and monsters separately, so you can bind assistance against AI while clearing a point of interest and leave it off for human targets.
Two things to know before buying. Visible check is listed as coming soon on both products, so the aim does not test line of sight yet and a wide cone pulls toward people you cannot shoot. Keep the FOV circle small on purpose. And on a DMA build, aim control needs a KMBox class device or an Arduino, because software on the second machine cannot move a mouse plugged into the first.
Visual overlays and ESP
Player overlays cover full or corner boxes, name, distance, skeleton, health bars and values, and shield bars and values, plus shell icons and names. The shield reading is the one that changes decisions. A Runner at full health with stripped shields has just been in a fight and may still have whoever fought them nearby. That is a push or leave call you cannot make from a plain box.
Skeleton overlays earn their place in Marathon's vertical spaces. A box tells you somebody exists at a position. A skeleton tells you which way they face, and whether they are crouched behind cover or standing in it. On a stairwell or a catwalk that difference is the whole engagement.
Visible status is also marked coming soon, so be clear about what you are reading. An outline through three walls tells you where somebody stands, not that you have a shot at them.
AI overlays get the same treatment: boxes, names, distance, skeleton, and health and shield bars. That matters more here than elsewhere, because AI garrisons the places worth looting and a firefight with them is audible to every squad nearby. Knowing where six hostiles sit in a building is a routing decision before it is a combat one.
World overlays are two features. The server list bypasses fog of war, so parts of the map you have not personally uncovered are readable anyway, which removes the blind wandering that kills people early. Minimal loot ESP flags essential items rather than every container, and that restraint is correct: an overlay drawing everything is worse than nothing.
Radar and map information
In most extraction shooters, radar answers the question sound cannot: which floor, and how far. A 2D radar puts players and AI on a top down plan, and a web radar serves that view to a phone or second monitor.
Neither Marathon product at CamUnlocks currently lists a standalone 2D radar or a web radar. What covers the same need is the world ESP above, plus the distance values printed on every overlay. You are reading numbers rather than a plan view. If a top down radar is a hard requirement, ask in Discord before ordering.
Misc and quality of life
Streamproof keeps the overlay out of a capture or a screen share. Treat it as cover against an accidental Discord share, not as permission to stream.
Key binding is the unglamorous feature that matters most over a long session. Both products use hover to configure hotkeys, so you set a bind by pointing at the option instead of hunting a menu. Bind aim assistance to a hold key, not a toggle. A toggle you forget about is how people track somebody through a wall in a run they meant to play straight.
Both Marathon products list the same feature set, so the choice between them is about where the software runs.
DMA vs internal: which one you want for Marathon
An internal product, the Makima 1PC listing here, runs as software on the same PC you play on. It reads the game, draws the overlay on your screen and controls your mouse directly. One machine, one purchase, running in a few minutes.
A DMA setup splits the work across two machines. A card in a second PC reads memory from your gaming PC over PCIe, and the overlay is drawn on that second machine. Aim control goes through a separate input device, a KMBox class board or an Arduino, which the game sees as an ordinary mouse. A fuser optionally pushes the overlay back onto your main monitor. Nothing from the product runs on the machine playing the game, which is the entire reason people build one.
The cost is a card, a second PC, an input device and the time to set it up. The Makima DMA page makes you tick a box confirming you own a card before it will let you order, which exists to stop people buying something that cannot run on what they have.
The honest recommendation depends on where you start. On a first purchase, or if you are not sure Marathon will hold you past next month, buy the 1PC version for a single day. It is $4.99 and lists the same features as the DMA build. If you already own a card from another game, the DMA version is priced identically across every duration, so there is no premium for the safer architecture, only hardware you already have. Keep the framing straight either way: DMA changes where the software runs, it does not make anything risk free.
Marathon products at CamUnlocks
| Product | Type | Starting price |
|---|---|---|
| Makima 1PC | Internal | $4.99 |
| Makima DMA | DMA | $4.99 |
Both run the same ladder: one day at $4.99, one week at $14.99, one month at $39.99 and three months at $89.99. Some CamUnlocks categories carry one hour trial SKUs, but Marathon does not at the moment, so a day is the cheapest look at the menu. Both listings offer the Saturn BattlEye spoofer as a checkout add-on.
Unless you already own DMA hardware, start with Makima 1PC on a day. Check the live status page before you order, because any product can be marked updating while a game patch is worked through.
Getting set up
Open the product, pick a duration, add the spoofer if you want it, and pay. Digital products deliver instantly, so your key appears on your CamUnlocks account as soon as the order completes, not after a manual review. On the DMA listing you also tick the hardware confirmation before checkout accepts the order.
Where the key goes depends on which one you bought. The 1PC product takes it in the loader you download to your gaming PC. The DMA product takes it in the client on your second machine. Per product instructions live at guides.camunlocks.com, and reading them before your first launch is less painful than reading them during it.
For Makima DMA the hardware is not optional. You need two PCs on Windows 10 or 11, a DMA card with working firmware, and a KMBox class or Arduino device if you want aim control rather than overlays alone. If any of that is missing, buy the 1PC version and come back to DMA later.
Support runs through Discord and it is staffed 24/7. Join at discord.gg/camunlocks, open a ticket, and include your order reference and product name. That is the fastest route for setup problems, and it is where update notices go out.
Staying safe with Marathon cheats
Account risk is real and no product removes it. Marathon is a live service title patched on a schedule the developer controls, its anti-cheat updates alongside it, and the spoofer add-on listed on both Marathon products is a BattlEye one, which tells you what you are dealing with. Anyone promising a product cannot be detected is selling you something.
Start with the product itself. One that ships an update within hours of a patch is worth more than one with a longer feature list. Check the public status page before every session, not only before you buy, because a product marked updating is telling you to stay out of runs until it clears.
Then manage your own behaviour, which is where most people are actually caught. Do not snap across a room the moment somebody peeks. Do not walk straight at a squad you have no reason to know about, especially at exfil where everybody is watching everybody. Keep the aim field of view small, which matters more because the visible check is not live. Do not stream or record, even with streamproof on. Extraction shooters put you in front of the same regulars night after night, and player reports start a lot of the reviews that end in bans.
Finally, treat the value of the account as part of the price. If losing it would genuinely bother you, that is an argument for a DMA build and a spoofer, or for not doing this on that account at all.
Frequently asked questions
Are Marathon cheats safe to use?
There is real account risk and no product removes it. Marathon is actively patched and its anti-cheat changes over time. What lowers your risk is using a maintained product, checking the public status page before each session, keeping aim settings conservative so your play does not stand out, and not streaming. Treat a ban as a possible outcome and decide from there.
Do I need a DMA card for Marathon?
Only for the Makima DMA product, which will not run without one. It needs a physical card, a second PC on Windows 10 or 11, and a KMBox class or Arduino device for aim control. The page asks you to confirm you own a card before checkout. Makima 1PC is the internal option and needs no extra hardware.
What is the difference between Makima 1PC and Makima DMA?
They list the same features. The difference is where the software runs. Makima 1PC runs on your gaming PC, which is cheaper and faster to start. Makima DMA runs on a second machine reading memory over PCIe, with input handled by a separate device, so nothing from the product sits on the PC playing the game. Pricing is identical across every duration.
How much do Marathon cheats cost at CamUnlocks?
Both Marathon products use the same ladder: one day at $4.99, one week at $14.99, one month at $39.99 and three months at $89.99. There is no one hour option in this category right now, so a single day is the cheapest way to try one. A BattlEye spoofer is available as an add-on at checkout on its own duration options.
How quickly do I get access after paying?
Digital products deliver instantly. Once payment completes, your key appears on your CamUnlocks account without waiting for manual approval. From there you download the loader or the client, enter the key, and follow the product guide at guides.camunlocks.com. If something does not arrive as expected, open a Discord ticket with your order reference. Support is available 24/7.
Does the Marathon aimbot check line of sight?
Not yet. Visible check is listed as coming soon on both Marathon products, and the same applies to visible status on the player and AI overlays. In practice that means the aim can pull toward targets behind walls and an outline does not confirm you have a shot. Keep your field of view small and confirm visually before you fire.
What happens when Marathon updates?
A game patch usually takes a product offline briefly while it is rebuilt against the new build. The status page reflects that, and update notices go out in Discord. Do not launch during an update window. Wait until the status page shows the product is back before you queue into a run, and check it again next session.
The full category, with current pricing and every duration, is on the Marathon product page. CamUnlocks covers 45 game and product categories behind the same public status page and the same 24/7 Discord support, and our Trustpilot rating is 4.5 out of 5. Check status before you order, and start on a day rather than a month.
