Refund Policy
When purchasing a digital service, you should understand that it is not our responsibility to issue a refund unless we deem it a reason you can not control. When buying, it is your responsibility to purchase a service that works with your hardware. Charge backs will NOT be tolerated and will resort in a ban, blacklist, license suspensions and more. Any false charge back will be considered fraud as I collect evidence that you did receive your product during the time of purchase and after.

Product Compatibility
Our products are available for all versions of Windows 10 and 11 (excluding developer builds). This means that if you buy a product and it does not work for this reason, you are not eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for any in-game bans or suspensions, we always recommend an alternative account or to use a Hardware Identification Spoofer.

Product Information
Our products can be discontinued at any time and you will NOT be compensated. The lifetime of our products means the lifetime of the product, NOT your life. You also should understand you are using a 3rd party application to modify the game. Purchasing means you agree that you take full responsibility for any in-game bans or suspensions.

We reserve the right to terminate your access: We retain the authority to revoke your access to any of our products or services at any time and for any reason. While we strive to provide a fair and inclusive environment, we maintain the right to enforce this rule when necessary. Mistakes on services require replay: If you make an error or mistake while using our services, such as using the wrong account or providing incorrect information, you will need to restart or replay the process.
